Sorry for being really stupid how do you make the thing glow, how do you get the small taskbar, how do you get the black icons like you have

Small taskbar: click 'properties' in RM-menu on taskbar, then check 'use small taskbar icons'.
Glow: should be there when hovered?
Black icons: Token Black (found here on DA)
